• Other Zoho-powered tools
• thefundinglounge.com
• Services and applications associated with our Funding Machine SaaS and My Figures platforms
When you apply for funding through our websites, we may automatically create a free basic account under your name. This basic account allows you to view credit, cash flow, and financial health information. Information shared between Top Notch Consulting and My Figures is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our Services are intended for U.S. users only. If you access them from outside the United States, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
2. OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Top Notch Consulting LLC provides:
• Business funding consulting and processing
• Software licensing (Funding Machine SaaS)
• Affiliate and referral partnerships with CardRatings/QuinStreet, MoneyLion, Finmkt, NAC, CreditLand, IPRoyal, Oxylabs, and LeadBuilt.com
We do not directly lend money, resell leads, or act as a broker of record.

5. LINKED PLATFORMS AND ACCOUNT CREATION
When you apply for funding through our websites, Top Notch Consulting may automatically create a free basic My Figures account for you.
Your account provides dashboards and tools to monitor business and personal credit health. Your information is securely transferred for account setup.
My Figures operates under the same ownership and control as Top Notch Consulting, and your data remains subject to this Privacy Policy.
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing info@topnotchconsulting.com
5A. PARTNER PORTAL AND AFFILIATE DASHBOARD
Top Notch Consulting operates a secure Partner Portal at portal which enables approved affiliates and referral partners to track referrals and commissions.
Partners may view limited client data solely for referral tracking and commission purposes. All partners must maintain strict confidentiality and may not copy, download, or reuse client information.

• Activity logging
Partner payments are processed through Everee. Everee collects payment and tax information directly and governs that information under its own privacy policy.
6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Top Notch Consulting uses information to:
• Deliver consulting, SaaS, and credit education services
• Process and evaluate funding applications
• Communicate via email, SMS, or phone
• Improve underwriting and customer experience
• Manage affiliate tracking and commissions
• Meet legal, compliance, security, and fraud-prevention obligations
We do not sell personal information.
7. AI AND MACHINE LEARNING
Top Notch Consulting uses AI tools to analyze underwriting data and improve internal decision-making. Data is de-identified where feasible and vendors are not permitted to reuse or train general models on our data.

• Calls recorded via Dialpad for compliance and training
• Chat stored via Intercom
• Email and SMS may be delivered through Zoho, Mailchimp, Dialpad, and LeadBuilt

Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Top Notch Consulting may share limited data with vendors who perform services on our behalf. These vendors are contractually bound to confidentiality and may not sell or reuse your data.
Our public website may be hosted by Wix.com or WordPress Ltd., which provide infrastructure and analytics.
12. AFFILIATE MARKETING AND TRACKING
We partner with affiliate networks for commission tracking. Cookies or click IDs may store referral metadata. We do not receive lender application details.
